PKCG Trip Posting Policy

We invite everyone from the most recreational of recreational paddlers to the most hard-core of racers to paddle with us as peers. However we do insist that trip postings follow the PKCG Trip Posting Policy to ensure a properly planned paddle, prevent cross posting and large "trip planning" email strings.

Edit

Planned Paddle Posting

Please post your paddle notifications as close as you can to the format below. Also, please add the paddle to the calendar and try to deconfict your paddle with other moderators to prevent cross posting paddles at the same day/time.

NOTICE: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY AT ALL TIMES. No member of the group EXCEPT YOURSELF can be held responsible for any damages, accidents, or liabilities incurred while paddling with us.

Non-Planned/Informal Paddle Posting

Planning the paddle out on the board is just way too distracting. It is best get the final details together behind the scenes to keep traffic on the board to a minimum. If you wish to float a non-planned/informal paddle to the group, post a general plan to the group in the form below. Post final details once the date gets close and the details firm.
